Opinions on this please

So basically been trying to bulk now and I just wanted to clarify somethings so basically I worked out my daily calories and macros wanted to get some advice on this:


So Lets use this for example let's say I'm 174 Lb and 6 ft 1 not stepped on the scales I will re adjust it tomorrow in the morning to my correct figures so let's get to the formulas I did:

Example scenario

RMR - (9.99) x (KG)+ (6.25xheight(Cm) - (4.92xage(18)+5
78kg. 185. ^

RMR = weight (lbs) X 10
174 x 10 = 1,740 x (Activity multiplier) 1.6
(3-4 times per week) 2784 + 400 surplus calories leaves me with 3184


Now for macros would this be right using above figures

protein ( 1.5xlb) 1.5x174 =261g protein calories 1,044( is this to high ?)


Fat .5 x lb - 1.5x 174 = 87g ( fat calories 87x9 783cals

Carbs using above figures 3184- (1044+783)= 1357 turn carbs into grams 339G


So hope this helps, if someone can help me set out the correct figures would be highly appreciated about my self

I think I'm In the 173 range and higher I don't know for sure I will step on to the scales tomorrow. I'm 6ft 1 and my bodyfats is around 12/13%. Srill got visible abs.
