Prep Log baby,
22 & 25 Weeks Out from the NS Provincials and the NB Atlantics show, I decided that I am going to go through with competing and start my prep asap.. I've been dieting / training like I've been going to since the first of September and now I am making it light via IG (@gunsguthro) and my social media..
I am not hiring a coach, I am going to do it all myself with a bit of mentoring from a friend and bodybuilder (Dana Baker sponsored by Mutant.. Top 5 in Canada Nationals 2X running)..
I feel I am pretty in tune with my body and how it responds to what now and I am ready to take it to the next level, I have been dieting for roughly 6 weeks and down to 223-225lbs leaner.. I have been taking supplements religiously and my training is going strong.. I am motivated.
I don't feel like food is an issue now and I have more self-control then ever before, the last 6-8 weeks of prep is what always makes me cheat and I don't suffer hard enough.. but this year I want peeled glutes and better condition then ever.
