Hey im 20 years old, 158lbs, and I started going to the gym a year ago. I was never into fitness before so I really have no idea what I am doing. I want to build my frame (broader shoulders especially) and lose all of the excess fat I have around my stomach, thighs, and arms. I was about 200lbs in high school and managed to get down to 160 by playing sports. My problem is that I dont know what training program to follow and whether I should cut or bulk. Currently I decided to cut and do the Advanced Cutting 3 month program on Jefit. The training days are as follows: legs, arms, chest, back. Everyday I do abs and about 45 minutes of cardio. Im eating around 2200 calories (25% carbs, 40% protein, 35% fat). I also take a daily multivitamin and about 50 grams of whey protein (part of the 40% protein).
I would really appreciate your help. I tend to lose consitency because I dont see results and mainly because I have doubts about whether im doing things right. What do you suggest I do?
