A Very Grizzly Update

Figured I would throw a quick update thread since I finally have some free time in my schedule again. Not sure if I will start a log again.

Since I last posted (right after Raw Nationals) I went on a pretty serious bulk. At my heaviest I was about 215. Most days I sat around 212. I went back to the basics. I ran 4 cycles of 5/3/1 (without OHP). I did minimal accessory/back off work. Focused mostly on getting my main sets done and resting. I was dealing with a couple of nagging pains that I wanted to get rid of. About a month ago, after my 4th 531 cycle I maxed out (video below).

Currently I am focused on getting back down below 200 (and maybe even below 190 for the first time in a long time). Just really going back to what I love about lifting. I do not currently have a meet in mind. Just trying to enjoy the gym and life.

Current split is Lower (squat), Push (bench), Pull, Rest, Lower (deadlift), Upper, Rest. Still focusing on the big 3 and moving big weights but also giving love to my accessory movements.
