Ok, so im 17 standing at 165-170 pounds im around 11%-14% bodyfat, i started to workout at 16 lifting wheights and went up from 145-170 pounds. My genetics are good i got them from my dad. Im a Mexican boy, Mesomorph body type.
I stopped training for like 3 months and lost some of my gains but in august 2017 i started school, this is my last year at high school, and i am in an advanced weight training class im able to lift 160+ Bench, 225+ Squat , and around 300 deadlift.
Im 5'7".Im going to train and bulk for 6-7month eating 3100 calories each 6 days traing 6 days a week, probably doing cardio 2 times a week, so my question is...am i going to look like a beast while gaing 28-30 pounds (15 fat and 15 muscle) during this months? My legs are 22 inches and i want to get them bigger. Im going to train them 2 time a week and back, chest 2 times a week including 1 bodyweight workout day for each .. what do you guys think?? How much can my body grow?? Also i want to powerlift how can i progress my lifts??
