Hi, so basically I play for my countys soccer team and I need to gain muscle in order to become better all round. I don't want to spend 5-6 days in the gym lifting weights as I have training 5 days a week. How much time (sets,reps,etc) do u think I'll need to put in to gain muscle. I'm 16 yr old boy. Sorry if it's a vague question I didn't know how to word it. Thanks
