MY BITCH ASS FINALLY HIT A 315 SQUAT!

Finally part of the 4/3/2 club and it feels goood. Now the road to a 365 squat, 455 deadlift and a 300 bench.

LETS GET IT BITCHES

Have to thank the simply shredded fam. Keep it real and don't stop lifting. Beileive it or not. Go back to the basics. Shit is working wonders for me.
