ICF 5x5 benching 3x/week

I am 175lbs 6'0, high body fat percentage (25%) so I am very weak.

Bench: 115 3x5

I am currently cutting a little bit down to 165 and maintaining 115 3x5 so I can then bulk with 115 onwards.

In ICF 5x5, can I replace OHP with bench? Whenever I OHP I feel something in my shoulder and I am really scared, while this doesnt happen in benching. Maybe I can replace OHP with bench and add in lateral raises?
