Hey guys, I'm about to jump on 5/3/1 with #4 assistance and am wanting to pull sumo for deadlift day. I know Jim himself advises against this but doesnt give a reason.
What do you guys think? I can pull conventional with good form despite my APT but sumo just feels more comfortable and natural to me.
