I am curious if by doing to much in the gym that you could hinder fat loss. Right now I am doing a PPL routine and gong 6 days a week with one day off. I am also doing 25-30 mins of fasted cardio in the morning, but recently stopped this. By stopping the cardio my weight has not increased, but wanted to know if my diet is to low.
