im skinny fat 6'1 and i've been training inconsistently for a year with yo-yo dieting but i decided to clean bulk a while after start of this month and i calculated my body fat and weight today and i went up from 77.5 KG to 82 KG in 14 fukn days and my BF went up from 17 to 20 also got a bigger waist now and I DONT KNOW WHAT THE FUCK TO DO I'VE BEEN EATING ON 3000 CALORIES SOMETIMES 3250 ON HARD TRAINING DAYS 50/30/20 AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE I WENT WRONG MAN and what did i get in those two weeks
bench 115x8>135x8
squat 90x8>135x6
deadlift 110x8>220x6
my lifts went up during these two weeks to this and to lots of different exercises which surprises me on how i gained so much fat (i had to be eating like 5000 calories to gain this much! which is absurd)I really don't want to gain more fat should i just give up on this bulk and just cut
