Have 15-15.5 inch arms pumped at 5'8/5'9, 162 lbs and 20% BF roughly. Haven't used heavy weight on dumbbell curls, going up to 35 lbs for reps. My triceps need more isolation work. My forearms are lagging at barely 12 inches so it does affect how much I can curl.
On arm days I do supersets but haven't done much else in terms of training arms.
