I suck at BB Bench. I can BB bench 105 for 7 (to failure) sometimes, but I can DB bench 65 for 6.
If I just focus on DB bench I think I can get a bigger DB bench overall (because I DB bench after BB bench fatigue).
Is there a downside to taking out BB Bench? Its an exercise I just cannot improve in. The DB bench to BB bench ratio is WAY off.
