I'm a skinny-fat 6'1 170 lbs guy and I've been training for a year, with no proper exercise days and nutrition and very little protein. but I want to change and I really want some tips on what should I do, whether to bulk or cut and for how long and I know you're gonna tell me to google but I see these before photos of transformations and their bodies look nothing like mine, I'm so tired of this body and I really want to transform it and I'm ready to work harder than I've ever worked at something so please guys help me out with some knowledge.
