Just joined recently and seeing as I'm starting my first ever bulk at 17 I thought I'd start a bulk thread if for nothing else to keep me accountable.
As it is now:
9/9/16
Weight: 163 lbs
Height: 5'10
Age: 17
Bench Max: 185
Squat Max: 275
Deadlift Max: 300
Goals: 225 Bench by 1/1/17, to weigh 175 at bulk peak
aiming for 3,200 calories a day and to end the bulk around late March
