I started my cut at 232-ish 2 months ago and the scale dropped down to 225 @2600 then dropped calories again to 2400 3 weeks ago, and now I am down to 2300.
The scale went up from 225 and isn't nudging off of 228 for those few weeks (muscle weight on a cut?)-Yes, I look leaner but the scale numbers should drop...Not sure if the scale is broken lol.
I lift 3 days a week, my main lifts str dropped by like 20 lbs but I am getting stronger at accessory work. I have a desk job but I walk ever other day for 30 minutes and scale eliptical resistance levels from 2-6 over the course of 25 minutes-I do this 4 days a week (some weeks I am more active, based on how busy I am). I try to be active 6 days a week with Sunday rest.
Thoughts?
