Upper/lower advice needed

So once again I'm looking for a routine change, I have much more going on in my life now and an u/l routine will suit my time best for a while.

I based this off of Lyle's GBR but tweeked it to suit my needs.
My ultimate goal is physique and pure vanity, but I really need to bring up my lousy squat.

My 1 rep maxes:

Bench: 275
OHP: 175
Deadlift: 350
Squat: 275

So, heres the routine:

Upper a

Flat bench 3x6-8
Bb row 3x6-8
Incline bench 3x8-12
Chins 3x8-12
Face-pulls 3x10-15
Tris/bis 2x10-15 supersetted

Lower a

Squat 4x6-8
Rdl 4x6-8
Leg press 2x10-15
Lying Leg curl 3x10-15

Upper b

Chins 4x6-8
Incline bench (OHP?) 3x8-12
Db row 3x8-12
Incline flye 3x10-15
Face pulls 3x10-15
Tris/bis 2x10-15 supersetted

Lower b

Squat (deadlift)
Rdl (front squat)


Im unsure about how I should plan my progression, or if should keep both lower days the same in order to back squat more frequently, or do deads the second day as i would like them in the routine. But again, bringing my squat up to par is first priority and i want to that as efficiently as possible.
