Pot belly from bulking

I was bulking some months ago(while taking creatine)... I added good amount of size.. Well to cut the long story short, i fell sick and lost most gains. I became skinny fat again.... I resumes bulking last week... and my stomach has gotten really bloated, i could see my abs with a little squeeze but now i hardly breathe with a little squeeze.. people that don't even lift are telling me i need to workout... I've been taking in a lot of peanut which i buy from a Supermarket cus I'm a students (easy protein and calories), but now I'm wondering if that could be the cause... probably it's unhealthy (but nuts are good?) Or maybe because i changed my routine from fullbody workout three days a week to working out each muscle group once a week... I need help guys... I'm ashamed to wear tight clothes which i purchased cus my last bulk was so damn good
