Hey,
I want to create a new log to compliment my new journal. My journal is going to consist of my workouts, diet, and emotional state. I'm hoping it will teach me more about myself. There is always room for improvement.
I will probably be asking for opinions and advice throughout this log. Look out for question marks if you can. I am going to be very open to opinions that are politely worded.

With that being said, this week is the start of the journal and my Westside for Skinny Bastards type workout routine. Please let me know what you would alter for the future. Today was a rushed workout because I had to work front desk at the gym. Will be doing 30min of cardio shortly. My workouts might just be pictures from my journal. This will help hold me accountable. In the past I have never been consistent in keeping a journal.
