I've been cutting for a couple months now using the suggestions from this site and have seen great results. I want to start experenting with lowering my water weight to see where it gets me. I have a few questions:
What is a good number for sodium intake when trying to lose water weight?
I'm not prepping for a contest, but are natural diuretics worth a try? Will my water weight rise again after I stop taking them?
