keto or stay with carbs at night?

Need advice on maybe switching to keto
For a longtime now i have been doing high carbs in my diet but for a while now and since i started i have noticed when i have carbs in the morning oats and protein shake and maybe a banana,then after an hour or two in work i completely crash im hungry again i overeat and i just want to take a nap.same with lunch i have carbs and its exactly the same . i get bloated from carbs and mental fogginess..its affecting me in work and mood..so i read up online to see what it could be some say carb sensitive/insulin sensitive.
so


For the past few weeks i have been trying this

165lbs
Age 37
im cutting at
2400 cals
0.5 fats per pound 82 grams
1 gram per pound of protein 165grams
rest in carbs 237grams carbs

i have fats and protein in the morning and at lunch and preworkout..then i have all my carbs postworkout..

the difference for me is insane..i feel so much better with energy in the morning and in work and it hasnt affected me in the gym at all infact my strength has gone up im having better workouts.

Im certainly not in the keto diet because of the carbs.i posted here to ask for advice should i up my fats and lower my carbs more if everything is going good or should i leave them..can having lower carbs make your muscles feel flat?

i dont know should i go full keto or carb backloading..
