I am actually gonna make a log and stick with it lol. I haven't really lifted much recently bc I thought I was having back surgery, but after considering it I decided to try pain management instead. With that being said all most of my movement will br chest supported or very low loads on the spine and no deadlifts or loaded squats.
I plan on competing in mens physique in August, I may hire a coach around 12 weeks out. For the next few weeks I am gonna eat in a surplus then slowy reverse down. Any advice or tips appreciated.
