I am just wondering if anyone has a rough idea how long building abs take.
I am female, 5ft and weigh 8st12 with a body fat of 25%
I currently am on a diet of 1200 calories with additional unlimited fruit and veg.
My current workout per week is:
60 minute work out plan (including squats, lunges, abs exercises, etc)4 times a week
Boxing both with and without hand weights 4 times a week
10 min skipping 3 times a week
Run 2k or cycle 4k 3 times a week
30 min interval run/cycle 2 times a week
1 hour cycle/run 1 times a week
