I'm 5ft 4 and currently weigh 158.2lbs . I do cardio and ab exercises after each session in order to develop my abdominal area and to make my waist leaner to hopefully build an X frame body. My abs have really shredded well but my waist is being a bitch . It's probably me not working it hard enough but the main reason for that is I can't think of a lot of exercises for the waist it's self . I do sit ups usually each set till failure , Russian twists and burpees at the moment . Can anyone help ? Or advise on what exercises will help my waist become leaner .
