Now that I don't have a meet that I'm training for, my biggest goal is to hit a 500lb squat. I put a lot of thought into the next 12 weeks of training so let's see what happens.
I'll still be following the conjugate method but I added some basic periodization to it.
Currently doing a hypertrophy phase for another 3 weeks.
I'm still training the other lifts hard and using the same method, the squat is just the #1 goal.
