hi, I am into sports for 3 years 2 of them with weight training. I am training 5 times a week and with heavy weights. I am doing full body workout with squats, deadlifts and so on. I have problems gaining muscles. Even if I eat more I just gain bellyfat. My Macros are 200 g Carbs, 100 g Protein, 30-50 g Fat by an calorie intake of 1500 kcal. My weight is 57 kg.

I am really exhausted and want to know if I have to do steroids to have a similar look.
