Seeing as my last one was named after a program I haven't been doing for a good while, I reckon it's time for a new log!

I fucked my glute up about ten weeks ago so I haven't really been able to squat or deadlift in that time, and having exams a few weeks ago set me back even further, so this log is pretty much going to me rebuilding myself for the next few months. Enjoy.

Got a hip circle a few days ago and it seems to work the exact point that I have pain at. So fingers crossed it helps sort me out. Everything felt alright today, just trying to get a load of volume in!
