Logging my workouts publicly just feels like screaming, "Hey everyone look at me!! Look what I did!" Oddly, I rarely think that of other peoples' logs when I read theirs, so go figure.
Nevertheless, with 2015 coming to a close, I figured I would run one with an end goal of going back over 1000 pound total and a body weight under 160. Current bw is sitting at 173, so I feel like:

Running 5/3/1 with the following used as my maxes for the set-up:
OHP: 147
Deadlift: 350
Bench: 250
Squat: 285
Conservative numbers, I know, but having run this in the past, I remember how quickly the poundage adds up after a few months. This total adds up to 885, which I feel is a good working total for the program, vs my actual total, which is around 5% higher.
