My last log filled up after a year of logging semi consistently
So time to start a new one.
In my last log I started with the maxes
squat 440 ish
bench 320 ish
Deadlift 475 ish
I ended the log with
Squat 525
bench 350 tng
Deadlift 600
Last year was good to me in the strength department. But my shoulder still sucks.
I guess the goal for this log is to get stronger, and not fatter. I have way less time now than ever to train so I am going to make due with 1-3 training days a week. Because of this I am not going to follow a program, im just gonna wing it.
Goals for this year are somewhat fluid since I don't know how much progress I can make in my limited time. buuuuut
Squat 525 in sleeves 560 in wraps
Bench 375
Dead 650
And I would really like to actually compete this year.
I am going to basically just do what I have been doing. rotate light medium and heavy days with some semblance of a PPL or upper lower depending on the weeks training days.
BW right now is about 240.
And in exciting news I joined a legit gym for the winter. Its a powerlifting/Bodybuilding gym in a old warehouse, with old fat geared lifters everywhere!! hahah
I have been twice and both times saw some crazy stuff.
either way they have 2 mono lifts, and a deadlift platform. so I am happy.
seeing as I train alone I dont see myself using the monos much.
