Hey guys quick question for you all. I've been having some pain in my ac joint/shoulder for a couple weeks now. It's more of a weakness/ache than an actual injury. Hurts to do really heavy benching or shoulder pressing movements. Almost any movement gets it to react. Is there any type of warm ups/ stretches that can help alleviate this pain or get the blood flowing in the area. Like I said, it's not an injury it's just soreness/ annoying. Also, I think the problem could be stemming from my sudden increase in strength due to me coming off my show and now in a heavy bulk pushing big numbers so quickly. Maybe my joints weren't ready for this increase in weight so fast. Any ideas?
