I really appreciate the amount of infos here in this forms and the supportive environment .. I dirty bulked for about one year because i was so skinny and fat, it was a bog mistake to darty bulk but we all have done some mistakes and we learn, anyway .. I was 176 lbs after bulking with 22% bodyfat , i decided to cut and i have been cutting for now 83 days and everything done very well.. I count my calories and decrease gradually and hit my protein intake, i did heavyweights and cardio & i train 6 days a week and slow cardio in the days off, the thing is that i don't want to look very big as long as my goal is to get that beach physique so i went from 176 with 22% bodyfat to 155.5 lbs with 15.5 bodyfat% ..
I really start to worry about how will i look at 12 % bodyfat and i really worry about the abs which did not show until now, beacuse it looks messed up right now when i look to it and it comes to my mind that i have a messed up abs ;) .. Plus i lost most of the fat around my whole body and the fat on the abs looks like its not going to be burnt

Should i complete cutting until i see the abs or should i clean bulk now and build the abs more i don't now what to do i feel like im stuck here !
