Hey guys, been lurking for several months now and decided now that i am done with my cut and at the end of my reverse diet its time to make a log. i am always looking at every log here and its motivating seeing others meet their goals.
So with that said here we go!


Age: 42
Height: 6 ft
Weight: 184
Body fat% (Optional): 9.8%
have not really ever did a 1rm attempt but i am calculating off what my current training max is
Bench: 184 lbs
Squat: 285 lbs
Deadlift: 365 lbs
Overhead Press : 130 lbs
Experience Level: 1 year 2 months
Goals: to get stronger, build some muscle on this old man

training program is wendlers 5/3/1 with the BBB assistance template 2. squats with deadlifts accessory and bench with ohp assistance. I am starting out with the BBB sets AT 40% training max for the first month until i get used to the volume.
