I see everyone on this sight has been doing this for a long time and you all seem pretty knowledgable. I am 39 years old and I'm considering getting into body building. I am 5'10 and a kinda doughy 200 pounds. I'm looking for any and all advice that people would be willing to offer. Like I stated before I really don't know too much about this stuff at all so please keep it simple in the beginning and hopefully I will be able to work up to where you guys are. Thanks
