srry everyone I know u probably get this daily but this can effect my training style in the next few months.. I feel like ui still have fat to lose mostly over my abs/pecs.. my chest is soft and sticks out a bit further than it should and i cant fucking stand it I just want to be able to take my shirt off and feel good for once.. im currently working with a trainer with a diet set up to clean bulk trying to build my muscle mass back up after losing most of it in the past 2 years before this (was about 190-200 before dropping to an all time low of 166lbs) that is the reason I originally thought I had loose skin, but because I can grab at least an inch of it on my chest, abs and arms I think its bodyfat.. unfortunately, my gym uses those worthless handheld fuckers so I cant get an accurate bodyfat reading (usually I get about 8-9% which is fucking bs because I feel like im 14-15 if that.. currently im 175lbs and my goal is simply to keep building muscle to the 180-200 range and then cut the fat, please give me any imput ive been doing this for 2 fucking years im on the verge of doing some fucked up shit.. btw sorry for the picture quality its the best I could do http://forum.simplyshredded.com/cached/09a20ac5f6a5adf7bc0b13a9c57c723c.png
