Hey there,
First off, I'm not a pro at all, I mostly lift casually with knowledge from a high school weight training class a decade ago. But anyway, I'm having some issues getting the body I want because I lose weight really quickly in my top half and it never comes off of my lower half. Do any of you have tips for how to train my legs so that they're leaner/fitter looking, while maintaining my top half? I'm attaching a picture of how I looked last time I was in decent shape - right now I'm lifting regularly, but about 14 lbs heavier than in this photo.
