Training Split

Which is better for cutting down body fat? A 4 day split or a 5 day split.

My split now is:

Chest n Biceps
Legs n Abs
Back n Traps
Shoulders n Triceps

The routine I am thinking about is as follow:

Push/Pull/Legs/Push/Pull

Chest n Triceps
Back n Biceps
Hams
Shoulders n Traps
Quads

Or

Chest n Triceps
Quads
Hams
Shoulders
Back n Biceps

Or

Chest
Legs
Arms
Back
Shoulders

My goals is to get to 195lbs-198lbs. I'm currently 211lbs due to stress of something major. I hit cardiovascular 3 times a week 30-45mins each.i eat real good my genetics are Endomorph and Meshmorph
