Log: Consistency is the key to success

Hi iam starting a new log here on SS as iam now back from my vacation.

Little bit about myself iam 18 lives in Sweden going to school not doing any sports just going to the gym. Had cancer when I was 11 was pretty tough on me and I was really just skin and bones became skinny fat (mostly skinny) after 3years of no sports and a lot of computer games. Started working out at the age of 14 had problems benching the bar worked out twice a week back then. I started training better at the age of 16 and has been hooked since then. So 2 solid years of working out. My progress might not have been the best but iam happy with where iam and what I know I can become with the right nutrition and hard work

Before the vacation I did a cut for 8 weeks lost 6kg then I was on vacation for 2 weeks lost another kilo so totally lost 7kg over a 10 week cut.

Did not have any access to a gym during my vacation so lost some strength. But now iam back at it and I wanna gain some weight was thinking 0.2kg per week equals 2ish pounds a month.

Morning weight was 77.4kg thinking of bulking till 81-82kg then cut again. During this bulk iam going to start of with a bro split made up by Christian Thibaudeau even tho I know they are supposed to be inferior to the proven "work everything twice a week" but I know it will get me results and I wanna enjoy my training so I thought why the fuck not.

Also following IIFYM currently reverse dieting at 2400calories for my first week. Will see how it goes. 50/30/20 split. C/P/F

Right now my strength is down as I have not worked out for a while but my 1RM before I left for vacation in the big threes was

Squat 130kg
Deadlifts 165kg
Bench 95kg

Goals for 2015 are
Get leaner bigger stronger

Bench 105kg
Deadlift 180kg
Squat 150kg


The split is
Back with deadlifts
Chest/shoulders
Rest
Arms
Legs
Chest/back
Rest
