Have been tracking my workouts outside of here I have been doin a lot of jumping around on routines to keep it mixed up. I am doing a show in May, never have done a show so a little nervous even though it's kind of far. I will be posting my workouts on here as I cut weight etc my coach has me on a "clean diet" so not much food porn except for 1 cheat meal a week.
I'm running a type of DUP I feel suits me.
