Attempting to loose that last stone

Hello! New to this forum. I am 5'6" and weigh 60kg. I would like to get down to around 53Kg.

I'm quite pear shaped and I have 'banana rolls' just under my bum which are so annoying.

I currently work out about 5/6 days a week, one day i'll do high intensity running for 20 mins then follow with weights and body weight exercises and focus on a certain area eg bum and legs, then the next day i'll do a long run and so on. My diet is also quite clean and I am vegetarian.

I would love any tips on how to shed this last stone and also on how to reduce my banana rolls and if my work out plan sounds effective.
