So I’ll start a workout thread, been going 6 days a week trying to get back into shape. Diet not tuned at all, prolly way off but I don’t give AF...

Got some tips or options, I welcome them good or bad!

Monday 3/5/18 :legs
Squats, 135x10, 185x10, 235 x10
Wide stance squats: 135x6x3
Leg press/calves: 180x10, 270x10, 360x10
Ham curls: 45 each side, 12x4
Cable leg curls, 15lbs, 10x3
SLDL, 135x10x2, 225, 10
Calf raises, 225x20x3
Leg extensions: 45/side, 10, 55x10, 70x10

I’m walking on wet noodles...
