first 3 pics are 2 months ago, last 3 pics are 2 days ago.
i missed a full week of the gym because of exams. other than that i stuck to the program. ate in 200-500calorie over. 130-165g protein each day.
162ish lb-> 168.5 lb
idk if it's too soon to critique, but just checking in to see if i'm doing it right.
do i look the same? does anyone have a suggestion where to go from here? like cut or continue bulk
