hello everyone,
my name is peter, i was quite an active member many many years ago when i begun my journey with fitness. these are some of my old threads. back in the day this was simplyshredded HAHA i had some trouble finding this

there you can find some of the photos from when i started.
since then, fitness has changed my life. i now work as a personal trainer at a commercial gym (goodlife) in melbourne, australia and am looking to expand to online coaching, i was able to save up enough money for my course from working my ass off at mcdonalds for 3+ years 😂 i also study sport and exercise science at university.
reading back my old threads has really shown me how much stepping foot into a gym at the tender age of 15 has literally changed my entire life.
i’ll attach a few photos of my current condition, little bit fluffy but it’s okay 😂😂
