I have been in a low carb diet (50-70g) for quite sometime and finally added in refeed days (which I looooove) and yes I know that I should be under 50grams in order to do refeeds but my body responds really well. I eat pretty damn clean and on refeeds I stay eating clean but just adding in 100 - 150grams. So far doing refeeds have been dropping my body fat and now it's down to 12.7%. I eat 1700 calories (also not eating dairy or fruit) a day and train 5 - 6 days a week. I get in there and really train hard to the point where I am just drenched walking out of there. I feel like carb cycling would be better for me and plus I hate having to restrict my carbs especially when I train hard and I think I would do well on low carbs for my cardio days. I'm a little nervous to go up in carbs But I feel like I'm ready and my body needs it. Can someone give me a few tips? I am 5'8", 32 years, train hard, eat clean, started in Var with 10mg, wanting my carbs to at least 100-150 on a daily basis and go up to 250 on a high day. Is this possible?
