I have not actually squatted since April due to the pain I did felt during heavy squat. I have rested , went to chiropractor spend over 1600 cash for adjustments , tried stretching lower left side of my back and now we are in July and I still can't squat the most I can currently squat without feeling any pain is 185lbs, I can't go heavy on rowing nor can I go heavy on deadlift. Feeling really depressed now
