An unusual request

First and foremost, I know this is a bodybuilding forum, and it would be great if you'd be so kind as to help me even though my goals are not typically bodybuilding related.

I am a fashion model that has had a hard time in the past few months, depression, started smoking, drinking a bit more and I've had enough.

I am 6'3, 90kgs and my goal right now is to lower my bodyfat percentage as much as possible, regardless of how much muscle I lose, in 6 weeks.

I know extreme diets are unhealthy, but I really need to do this, it's for work.

Like I've said before, I am not a bodybuilder, so the same rules would not necessarily apply to me, since I am not so worried about losing muscle.

My exercise routine will be mostly a 3 day split done twice a week, with low-pace cardio everyday and sprints every second day.

I know how to track macros/calories, I've done it before, I just don't know where to start.

I need to go extreme, I was thinking to just eat 1500 cals a day for a month, and hopefully I'd be cut enough, ready for work.

My question is, wouldn't it be better to start at say .. 1700 and reduce my calories throughout the six weeks? Because I fear that my fat loss will eventually stagnate.

I've gotten a bad rap before when I asked for this kind of advice on forums, it was as though people were uninterested in helping me out because I have this kind of goal, so please, be kind.

Thank you
