So i'm going to start off with breakfast. Oats with peanut butter and a whey protein shake on the side. By the time I got to college it was lunch so I got a chocolate orange muffin and a pint of milk. Then me and the college students went inside and as a part of our course we have to write our own training program and follow it for 4 weeks to see what results you get. I did some light weights tricep extension, barbell shrugs and cable cunch as I trained yestarday. I'm at home and now i'm having crispy chicken birds eye and green beans and brocolli. Then after that some crumpets with banana.
