It has been over a month now that I am following ICF 5x5 by Jason Blaha. Recently I started having some lower back pain and after some research I found out that it is might because of Anterior pelvic tilt. And solution to this, that I found out was to strengthen abs and hamstring and stretching lower back and hip flexors.
The problem is, when squatting, the movement is very quads dominant (I don't feel anything in hamstrings or glutes). And while doing bent over row, it is very hard to maintain the form.
And I have stopped doing deadlifts as my lower back is very tight and honestly I am not sure how to engage hamstring while deadlifting.
Someone please give me some tips for these above movements and some exercise to include in the program to correct my posture. http://forum.simplyshredded.com/cached/592789c5edb8028e2ae91a10c373ca17.jpg http://forum.simplyshredded.com/cached/f511df424fd128fbfd61b2c2399fa18b.jpg http://forum.simplyshredded.com/cached/e0461730c0cf03a24fbdd5908fd23a65.jpg
