"You lift like a man"...log

...granted I know I don't even come close to what most men lift (especially on this site), hell probably not even close to some of the women either. But I figure the idea "progress not perfection" is a great motivator.
But anyways, I figured I should do a log to help me move forward and keep better track of what I'm doing.

(I'm a day behind, I completely ran out of time last night to post this)

Tuesday:
10 min warm up

Squat (smith machine): 120x8, 170x6x3
Calf Press: 170x10x4
Deads: 110x10, 230x5x3

Circuit
Sumo squat: 60x15x4
Bulgarian split squat: 60x10x4 (each leg)
Curtsy lunge: 60x10x4 (each leg) *always feels like I'm such a lady when I do those lol*

20 min HIIT hill

...note to self, pants weren't a good idea today lol :)
