I am trying to do a clean bulk but I'm worried I could be overdoing it.
I currently eat 2900kcals every day. All food is weighed and tracked. I work at a convenience shop for 6 hours a day 6x a week. I basically walk around stacking shelves and empty a van load of items sometimes it's not much other times it can be full. Outside of working apart from lifting 3x a week following ICF 5x5 I am pretty much sedentary. Does this kid of activity sound too little for a 2900kcal bulk at 145lbs and 5ft 10" ?????
Also another thing I wanted to ask was about moving averages. I track my weight using a 7 day moving average. However what confuses me is I always hear other folk saying they get 0.5lbs a week. Yet for the past three weeks I have ate the exact same amount everyday but all weeks come out differently????
Week 1. I gained 0.28lbs
Week2: I gained 0.09lbs
Week 3: I gained 1.27lbs
Is this normal ??? I thought it was supposed to be the same result every week????
