Am I Skinnyfat? Should I keep cutting?

Up until I was about 21 I was 132lbs soaking wet, scrawny as hell with no fat or muscle at all. Was in a relationship and let myself go, slowly ballooned to 180lbs of pure fat with no muscle to speak of. Relationship ended and managed to get down to 158lbs after crash dieting, which left me with this "Skinnyfat" physique, I am 28 this year and 5'10.

Over the past 8 weeks I have been eating at around 1,500 calories per day sometimes lower (I like to do a cheat day once a week to keep my sanity), but at the same time have been lifting using the Fierce 5 beginners program, which is an A and B workout that you alternate, lifting 3 times a week.

Should I start bulking now?
